If you're not happy, we're not happy.  We provide all of our clients with a written contract prior to the commencement of any work.  We require all stakeholders to read through the entire contract with us to ensure that there is no ambiguity as to our responsiblities and liabilities.   That said, we will not settle for anything less that providing our clients with exceptional service, respect, dignity and professionalism.   We will not close a contract until or unless our commitments have been fulfilled and our clients overjoyed.

Have a lot of work for us to do?  Contract for two or more services simultaneously, and we will give you a multi-service discount from 10% to 25% off of each subsequent service.   Ask your consultant for details.
