BOSTON UNIVERSITY COMPULSIVE HOARDING PROJECT: Boston University, School of Social Work’s studies of the nature and treatment of compulsive hoarding are funded by the National Institute of Mental Health and provide clinical treatment, research, resource information, training and supervision for individuals with compulsive hoarding, their families, human service agency personnel and treating clinicians.

OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE FOUNDATION- COMPULSIVE HOARDING WEBSITE:
Information on diagnosis and treatment options for compulsive hoarding, support groups, book reviews and more. There is also a fantastic tool- Compulsive Hoarding Rating Scale- for those who are not yet sure if they have a problem or if they do, to what degree. It is a simple questionaire that one can take in the privacy of their own home that can aid in the decision whether to seek intervention.
