Although all the other clean-out or organizing companies we’ve ever heard of will price by the hour/per person, we do things differently around here.  You see, when someone says that they are going to charge $50 to $150 per hour/per person to organize and clean out a house, they don’t say how much they are going to get done per hour.  In fact, when it comes to the typical clutterer/hoarder client, initially, more time is spent deciding and discussing than doing any actual organizing or cleaning.  That said, when a whole team shows up to clean out the house, the bulk of them just stand around waiting, all the while getting paid by the hour.

That’s why we, at NJDespres Enterprises, give the whole job price up front, and we don’t charge for that either!  We specialize in working with the chronically disorganized and know that they each require a different pace and style approach to their cleaning and organizing services.  The price we quote will never go up, no matter how long it takes our client to get through the process with us. 

We understand that taking this step is difficult, and do not want the recovery process to be a financial burden to our clients.  We do not want money to become the hindrance to getting help.  That said, we will work with you to create a payment plan that works within your budget.  Not only that, but we guarantee that you will not find another company willing to quote you a better full-job price than us.  If you receive quotations from like companies based out of Boston or New York (the closest we can find to us) you will find that our rates are thousands below theirs. 

Furthermore, we would be happy to contract for just a portion of the clean out or for just one room or section of the home so you can see how we work and develop a comfort level with our processes.  This is also beneficial for family members who may want to do the work themselves, but do not know how to go about it or where to begin. 

Our rates will vary greatly depending on the level of involvement with the client, the size of the area and the level degree of squalor.  We will always provide a written quotation and signed contract before beginning any job, no matter how big or small.  The comprehensive in-home consultation, proposal and estimate are free of charge and obligation.   Call or email, today.
